((lol, we read Hatchet in grade 4 and 5, Harry Potter in grade 6, Hatchet in grade 7, and Let the Circle be Unbroken in grade 8))
Shannon laughed. Aunt Becka always told me I can do anything I set my mind to, so I'll set my mind to having anything other than the stuff we know well uninvented. Then it will work. She said, obviously knowing it wouldn't work.

Josh laughed. "You know, sometimes I actually worry about how stupid you are. I'm a little scared to leave Brianna alone with you!" he teased.

((In grade 9 we read LOTF, and then last year we read it again but last year we had more of a religious look at it or something. Grade 9 was just to get the main things down, and then last year we learned that Simon is like a prophet, and the pig's head, or the lord of the flies, is like the devil and a bunch of other stuff. I dunno what we're gonna read this year though, we haven't started a book yet and she hasn't told us. lol))
Shannon laughed. That's mean. She said.

Josh laughed. "Aww. I'm sorry honey. I didn't mean to upset you..." he said, giving her the puppy dog look.

((That's SPIES. lol! Emma had a unit test on that, but she missed all the notes on Social, Emotional and Intellectual. She failed the test. lol. We had to watch Rudy, some boring football movie, and connect it to everything. I fell asleep during it, but Ana sat beside me and woke me up. lol. And we watched The Princess Bride. I love that movie, it's so stupid! lol. I don't know why we watched it. lol))
Well, you should think before you talk, and not say things that will upset people. Shannon said. She laughed when she saw the puppy dog look. She was such a sucker for that face.
