Andy's plane landed in the Toronto Pearson International Airport. He had gone back to France to see some of his old friends and to see his girlfriend. He had had a fun time. He had just kind of up and left without telling anyone. His parents had known and that was about it. He hadn't told Juliet, and he had missed her father's wedding but he didn't really care. He didn't care about Juliet. His parents picked him up at the airport and drove him home. As soon as he got home, he went upstairs. He put his dirty clothes in the laundry shoot. Nancy, the housekeeper, would take care of them. Then he went into his room. He was bored and needed something to do. He decided that he would call Juliet, to see if she wanted to go out with him again. First he needed a story to tell her though. He could say.. He could say that his grandmother had died.. and he had gotten home from the date and... and his parents had told him to pack his stuff because they were leaving. He had.. he had forgotten his cell phone at home, and didn't know Juliet's phone number yet so he couldn't call her to tell her what was happening. Oh, and he was sorry that he had missed the wedding. His grandmother had died the summer before so he wouldn't have a problem knowing what to say, the only difference was the day she had died. It was a convincing story, or atleast to anyone who knew how his parents didn't care. Like he had told Juliet. Just another simple stretch of the truth. He had told Juliet that he was a good liar, and she had believed him about his parents not caring about him, so why wouldn't she believe this? Andy picked up his cell phone and searched through the numbers on it until he found hers. Right next to his girlfriend from France's number. He listened to the phone ring and waited for the phone to be answered.

Juliet was just relaxing on her couch watching television in the family room. She heard the phone ring and got up to answer it. She picked up the cordless phone. "Hello?" she spoke into the receiver.

Hi. Andy said into the phone.

"Andy?" Juliet asked, a little shocked. Andy had kind of ditched her. He didn't return her phone calls, he didn't show up to her father's wedding, and she had gotten over him and was in love with Ted Briner. She was surprised to hear from him.

Yup. I'm sorry that I wasn't returning your calls and missed your dad's wedding. My grandma died and we had to just pack up and leave for Paris. I forgot my phone here so I didn't have your number so I couldn't call you to tell you what was happening. Andy lied. He had been in Paris, but that was the only truth in what he had said.

Juliet was a little shocked. She had thought that Andy just left her. She didn't know that his grandmother had died and she felt a little bad for being so angry with him. "Oh. God. I'm so sorry. How are you doing?" she asked, softly.

Andy smirked. It was unbelievable how gullable Juliet was. It was great. I'm not doing that bad, it was worse when I was over there looking through her stuff though, I haven't seen her that many times, but I have enough to know what she looks like and smells like. He said.

"Yeah. I know what you mean. It was like that when my mum died. It wasn't so bad when everybody was visiting and preparing for the funeral and everything but after things settle down and you are alone, it hits you hard." she said with a sigh.

Uh huh. Andy agreed. He hadn't really cared when his grandma had really died, he didn't even remember her at all, he hadn't seen her since he was a baby and then at the visitation. Juliet really should think about this for a second. If he had really cared enough about her he could have called easilly, he knew Jackie's number and could have gotten Juliet's from her if he had really wanted to call her. He had told Juliet he was a good liar the first time he met her, she could think about that and figure that he was lieing.

Juliet didn't realise that Andy was lying. She sighed. "Um Andy? I'm with Ted now. We're going out and we're in love. I thought you had dumped me when I didn't hear from you." she said.

Andy sighed. I would never dump anyone without telling them. He lied. You could just dump Ted. He knew she wouldn't go for it, but he could suggest it.

Juliet sighed. "Andy... I'm not going to dump Ted for you. I love him and he loves me. I don't think you felt the same way about me as I did you. I'm sorry." she said.

I didn't think you'd go for it. Andy said. He didn't really care either way, but he would get a good laugh out of it afterwards if she actually did dump Ted for him.

"Andy I know what you're like. I'm not gonna fall for your crap anymore. I really don't want to see you again after all of the things you said about my boyfriend." she said.

I didn't say anything that wasn't true. He said, not even remembering what he had said.
