Audrey put Beau in the car and then closed the door. She then got in and sat in the passenger seat. She smiled slightly at Alex.

Alex smiled at Audrey. He put the car in drive and drove onto the road. Do you want to go to the drugstore or drop Beau off first? He asked.

Audrey smiled. "I should drop off Beau and then head to Wal-Mart if you don't mind." she said softly. Beau stuck his head in between Audrey and Alex and panted heavily.

Audrey smiled. She got out of the car when Alex pulled into his driveway. She held on to Beau's collar and walked him up the steps and waited just ouside of Alex's front door.

Alex unlocked and opened the door. He walked into the house and patted Maxi when she greeted him. She didn't really notice Audrey, but she walked over to Beau and sniffed him, wagging her tail.

Audrey let go of Beau's collar and he sniffed Maxi happily. Audrey smiled. "Looks like they like each other. We don't have to worry about them getting along." she said with a smile.

Alex smiled. That's a good thing. Maxi's pretty good with oter dogs, but sometimes she can be kind of cranky with some dogs, he said.

Audrey smiled. "Beau is good with other dogs but he's so big and when he tries to play with some of the little dogs, they get scared of him and might give him a little snap or something. And he's such a baby he comes crying to me." she said with a slight laugh.

I don't think we have to worry about Maxi being scared of him, she's pretty big too. But she's used to being treated like a little princess and getting all the attention and pretty much whatever she wants, she might get a bit jealous if Beau gets too much attention, and too much is probably if he gets any at all to her, but she'll have to get used to it. Alex said. She was just a little spoiled.

Audrey laughed. "Do you even treat your girlfriends as well as you treat your dog, Wilhelm?" she teased with a smile. She walked towards the door so that they can head to Wal-Mart so that she could pick up everything she needed.

It's easier to say no to humans than it is to say no to her. Alex siad with a laugh, walking out of the house and locking the door behind them, People understand what no means, and odn't have the same pleading look that dogs have.

Audrey smiled and walked to Alex's car. "I know what you mean. And humans talk back. And you can get into fights with people that can last forever. When I'm mad at Beau when he pees on the carpet or something, it only takes like five minutes before I love him again." she said with a grin.

Alex smiled. I know, when I get mad and yell at Maxi she looks so sad and everything that soon after I have to let her know that I still love her and then it defeats the purpose of getting mad at her in the first place because she knows she can get away with it. He said. He wasn't very good at punishing Maxi when she was bad.

Audrey smiled and got into the car. She buckled her seatbelt. "I know. They basically run our lives and the sad part is, they know it!" she giggled. She shut back the door.
