Have you ever had one? Sam asked.

Sawyer nodded. "I've had a few." he said.

What did you guys do? Sam asked curiously, she had never seen to people going out and had always wondered what couples did.

Sawyer smiled. He decided to just give Sma the clean version. "We went to movies and restaurants. We danced sometimes. We hung out really. We used to hold hand and hug. Sometimes we kissed. We also went for walks in the park or the beach." he said.

Sam smiled, That sounds like fun, I wanna do all that, cept for the kissing. Sam said.
Ana smiled. She figured that there had been more than just that, but didn't say anything because Sammy was right there.

"Nuh-uh." Sawyer teased. "Ask your mommy."

Mommy, is kissing gross? Sam asked Ana.
Ana hesitated before answering. She didn't want Sammy to think that there was nothing wrong with kissing, not yet, but she also didn't want to tell Sam that it was gross and then she'd go around telling people that it's gross, like she had with the smoking. It depends. If you really love a person and want to marry them for sure, and you're a grown-up, then it's okay. But if you're under sixteen then yes, it's gross. She answered.

I dunno, I never kept count. She said, then she covered Sam's ears, Some of them I was too drunk to even remember. She said, How about you?

Sawyer smiled. "A lot. Tons. Most it didn't really mean much. I was too drunk to remember some of them too." he said. He softly put Sam back down on the ground.

Ana smiled. The noodles were done, for some reason they had been very slow that night. She strained them and put them on a bowl. Then she wiped the table and put the bowl on it. She put three plates on the table. Mommy, can I put the forks and knives on? Sam asked. She liked to help her mom do things. Sure. Ana said. She opened the drawer and gave Sam three of each. Then she put the spaghetti sauce on the table. She put three glasses on the table. What do you want to drink? She asked Sawyer. She knew that Sam would want chocolate milk, so she took it out and put it on the counter that was between the cooking part and the table part of the room.
